(If you have a recipe you think deserves to be here, let us know! We'll have to check it for quality, of course, which means we'll have to suffer through taste testing desserts, but we can muscle through it. If we try.)
Icing
Ingredients:
1 pound of powdered sugar
1/4 cup milk
1 stick of softened (not melted) butter
Several drops of vanilla extract
Instructions:
Mix milk and butter.
Add 1/4 pound sugar, mix, and repeat until no sugar remains.
Add a few drops of vanilla while mixing.
Add more milk if the icing is too thick for your liking.

Cupcakes
Use a box of your favorite yellow cake mix, and just pour it into a cupcake pan (baking cups/cupcake liners included).
I'm...
I'm not going to tell you how to make cake from a box.
That's what the instructions on the box are for.
Just think about it as extra reading comprehension practice.
(It varies depending on the brand, anyways.)
We recommend using Betty Crocker's Super Moist Yellow Cake Mix.
